How to get there:
This mountain is approached by first getting to the small town Barreal. From Barreal
one may continue by car to Laguna Blanca. The road is a dirt road, normally in good
condition, but it may be subject to flooding. The final section climbs steeply and the
road crosses a creek without any bridge a couple of times. Thus, a 4WD car is the safer
choice in order to get to the trailhead.
