Here is a quick summary of peaks climbed in Mongolia August 2024.
This peak is a subsidiary peak to Sukhbaatar. The peak has an ice-cap
as its highest point. The glaciers are melting and the elvation is likely
to drop several meter (until rock is reached) in the future.
The peak is traversed on what now seems to be the normal route of ascent
of Sukhbaatar.
There are 2 saddles between this peak and Sukhbaatar. The first one, in a
rock area was measured 4 meter lower than the second saddle which is
located where the glacier of Sukhbaatar begins.
