How to get there:
This peak is part of a ski area served by many lifts.
The main Gondola starts in the small town Andalo. This is a short
drive from Trento.
Route:
The lift up and down was Euro 25 in 2025.
The second lift is
a standard chair lift. It starts about 50 meter
lower than where the first gondola ends.
The summit cross is
a short walk left when you exit the lift.
There is a building nearby, one should likely walk around it. There
is a second lift (not operating in summer). It ends perhaps slightly
higher than the summit cross, but most likely that area has been elevated
when the lift was constructed.
It is certainly also possible to do this peak by foot from the same area.
The trails down are used by mountain bike enthusiasts.
Comments:
This was not very exciting. The slopes are full of mountain bikes.
The line to buy a lift ticket moved exceedingly slowly. Hard to understand
that it should be so complicated to sell a ticket for a ski lift?
