How to get there: The mountain summit is located south of I-70 and east of I-470, near the home of my good friend Sverre Frøyen.
Route description: There are many routes on various nice trails. I normally run a nice loop starting from Sverre's home, contouring around on the south and west side, then steeply up a dirt road to the summit. The descent is on the east side along a nice trail.
Comments: The view from the summit is quite good. Denver and the flat land extending east, the foothills climbing higher to the west. The loop described above can be run in about one hour under good conditions. The vertical gain from Sverre's home is about 350 meter.
