Information:

How to get there:
Drive from Jondal towards Odda, but go right in the traffic circle just before the 10 km tunnel. Continue along the coast to Årsand, then use the route recommended below, note that a GPX-track is available there.
Route description:
A pretty good route to this summit is described by Kjell Øijorden.
Our route came from Grønhaug, but our route of descent cannot be recommended.
Note that there are two summit points separated by a shallow col. The Peakbagger summit is higher, but the difference is only about 10 centimeter. Thus, both locations should be visited.
Comments:
After climbing Grønhaug, Harald and I decided to continue to Storahorga. Kjell returned back down to our car and would then drive it around to the agreed pickup location.
We hiked across to the summit in about 2 hours, our route seemed pretty good, no major issues. We next descended on nice, gentle slabs in order to connect with the trail that was clearly marked on the maps. This trail, however, did not show up in the terrain. Indeed, the descent was steepish and cumbersome. The map seemed to indicate that the trail went straight down a vertical cliff. This slowed us down considerably. Only after almost 2.5 hours we reached the car and ´Kjell waiting for us.
Many thanks, "takk for turen" to Harald and Kjell.
