How to get there:
There is a ferry from Sydnes on the island Halsnøya and also connections
from Utbjoa more south. This ferry may operate on demand, so (in 2026) it was
important to call 91681151 to confirm a departure (from the island).
When on the island, drive a short distance, turn left and continue up a more
steep, but very good road. Park when the road bends right near its end.

Comments:
I arrived with a ferry departing Sydnes at 0930. The hike took 8 minutes each way.
The summit has a nice sign with the name and elevation.
