Information:

How to get there:
Take the ferry from Gjermundshamn and drive alng the fjord all the way to Holmedal. At the end, follow the local, narrow road up to a nice farm. This is private property, ask the (nice) people living there if you may park and at what spot you should park. Otherwise, park below where this access road begins. This trailhead is at location N59.79724, E5.92191, elevation near 115 meter.
Route description:
Follow the farm/forest road that starts out north. This road continues uphill, then eventually turns into a somewhat badly defined trail that shortly connects with a second forest road. This road turns into a trail that may be followed all the way to the summit. Note that the very highest point is located about 30 meter north-west of the cairn. The entire route is marked by red "T-s", except that the paint is very faint almost everywhere.
A track is posted on Peakbagger.
Comments:
We left Harald's place at 0715 and had ample time to catch the 0900 ferry at Gjermundshamn. We were parked at the trailhead about 1015, the people at the farm were conveniently outside waiting for an ice cream truck.
The ascent took about one hour, with a somewhat quicker descent. Unfortunately, it started raining shortly before we made it back to the car.
Many thanks, "takk for turen" to Harald.
